Existing Home Sales Information Looks Brighter.

Home sales in September shot up 9 1/2%, the largest increase in over 6 months. This is the latest sign that there is a recovery underway in the housing market. Prices seem to be stabilizing in many regions which previously were drastically being reduced.

It does appear that the data for October looks somewhat promising as well. Hopefull this will continue throughout the winter months.
